very good all working fine few minor adjustments needed, i found when memory card was fully inserted device wont read, needed to give a small gap between memory card and the end. Anyone found same issue kindly adjust memory card in end and adjust untill you see a green led blinking this will happen as soon you power it on thats a indication that system booted successfully.

worst packing came in plastic cover and bubble wrap. pi3 was out of bubble wrap and there was no protection at all. is this is the way sensitive products like this are packed.
