Let me review individually:
RPi - this is the older version, now RPi2 is available with much better specifications
Keyboard - is good, but a small one. Keys are small and hard to press. It is better usable as a remote than keyboard. Its battery is a rechargable Li-ion.
Powerbank - may not be worth it. Can't know how much charge is remaining, and absolutely no specification of the battery is mentioned. Also the raspberry pi website suggests not to directly power from a battery
