Great product
The kadai is very heavy. It was very rusty on the initial few uses, even it mentioned pre cast iron. I suggest using the Kadai for frying in the initial uses and driving it with cloth or tissue. Also, if you are making any curry in the initial period, remove it from the kadai immediately after cooking or else, the black colour of the kadai and the iron taste will get transferred to your curry.

The quality of the kadai is excellent. If maintained properly, it functions like any nonstick cookware, making it a perfect alternative. After cooking, be sure to transfer the food to a serving bowl as soon as possible; otherwise, the food may turn black.

Though the food doesn't stick to the kadai, it releases black colour if you leave the food in kadai for an hour or so even after multiple washes, so it's better to cook in this and shift the food immediately into another vessel
