Superb quality, liked it very much. Only thing you have to do when you buy cast iron product the surface finish is not so smooth. Buy a 160 grade sand paper from hardware shop and rub it over the pan till the pan becomes smooth after that wash it with water then clean with cloth. Now, you need to heat with 2tbsp oil for 5 min, keep the gas stove in slow while heating. After this you can ready to cook anything... You can really find the difference in taste. Awesome product!!
Apart from heavy in weight the food in that gets lighter while frying .Today for the first time tried frying fish fry which made us feel lighter and happier with the taste it imparted.

Bottom is not even. slope is towards the edges.
Middle portion get burnt because all oil flows to the sides since center is elevated. This is what I got as replacement.
So costly yet disappointing craftsmanship.
You have to improve the craftsmanship else it's just a metal not a cookware. Waste of money for me. Can't imagine how to make use of it.
