I have been trying to connect my korg krome synthesized to ipad in order to use the iOS apps for producing sounds. I found this wonderful product from Roland which claims to be compatible with the iPad. Although I already had the older version of such adapted, but that wasn't compatible with iPad. WIN 10 USERS- Just plug in the cable in the usb port, it will automatically download the driver, the CD provided doesn't work. It takes a while to start after that. When both the LEDs turn ON, you are good to go. Its plug and play after that.

I use it with Yamaha PSR E323, works perfectly. If you are getting any latency, try reducing buffer size.
