To what degree are you willing to lie to a person so that they can start liking you? Would you portray yourself as someone that you completely are not? Directed by P. C. Sekar, and starring Ganesh, Bhavana Menon and Rangayana Raghu, Romeo is a Kannada romantic comedy film that follows Ganesh, a mischievous slum dweller, who pretends to be the son of a crorepati in order to win the favour and love of Shruthi, a beautiful young woman. Despite the opposition of her father, Shruthi marries Romeo, however, things start to take a turn for the worse once Shruthi finds out Ganesh’s secret.
