Once opened, the diffuser should last you approximately 2.5 months. The Reed Diffuser is inclusive of natural bamboo reeds, a bottle collar and a clear glass bottle filled with diffuser oil. To activate the fragrance, you simply remove the stopper from the bottle, replacing it with the white collar. Then insert the reeds into the diffuser oil. The fragrant diffuser oil is then absorbed by the reeds, which need to be turned over after one hour so that the other side can also absorb the oil. This shall now spread the fragrance into the air. That’s it. There’s nothing to add. There’s no flame. No heat. You can even leave home and it keeps working. Ideally flip the reeds every 3 days. The formula evaporates over time and, depending on room temperature and conditions, the Reed Diffuser remains fragrant for approximately 75 days. After that, they can be discarded. A reed diffuser is a good idea for offices, home, hotels and most settings where candles aren’t permitted. It is a great product for gifting to your beloved ones or for various occasions like thank you gifts, house warming party, Diwali gifts or various other occasions. Generally, one reed diffuser will be sufficient for an average room. For large rooms and open areas, you can add another reed diffuser, or set out potpourri or oil burners from our collection. Factors such as hot, dry weather, air-conditioning, and drafts are all factors that may affect the evaporation rate of your diffuser. Exposure to sunlight and strong lighting may cause the ingredients within the diffuser to change in colour and they can also affect fragrance to a great extent. The intensity of the fragrance can be controlled by how many and how often you flip the reeds. Always store the products in a cool, dry place, and away from direct sunlight.
