The product is perfect itself but the installation took 3 weeks which is not acceptable at today's standards.

Nice product, easy to operate, looks sturdy, they also provided the meal plan for weight loss from professional nutrition expert to mange weight, delivery was quick but installation took little bit of time (almost a week). Other than that awesome...
