I am giving this book (📖) 4+ rating. The book was quite older. It had crinkly yellow pages 📃..though is not a matter of concern for me for it is a self help book...!!! ☺️🙏🏻

Wonderful
Delivery guy was polite packaging also good but the book is not original an so the binding is not that good there's so much space on the page remaining for text but it's pushed between the binding part..

Worth the money
The product was in good condition. 2-3pages were slightly misprinted but thank god i finished it yesterday it's totally worth it reading in my opinion this book will tell you everything you need to develop mentally as well as physically.
