Did not meet expectations
I ordered for 3rd edition of rural development book by katar Singh and I got a 4th edition with double author. The book what is shown In the picture and description is different than what I got. This is highly unlikely, the rate of the book is also way too low than what is actually mentioned before discount on the book.
