Rinse with fresh water and dry with a clean cloth, Remove wax and grease with Rust-Oleum Wax & Tar Remover. Remove loose paint and rust with a wire brush or sandpaper. Lightly sand smooth and glossy surfaces, Shake can vigorously for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle, Keep the can the same distance from the surface and in motion while spraying, For the best appearance, apply 1 light coat followed by 1 wet coat. Do not use near open flame
