I don't know why the replacement is rejected, the mistake is from seller side or Flipkart side , why I have to suffer as a customer, the Flipkart customer support is too bad now a days , its loosing the valuable customers

Machine was working good but it doesn't showing caller id of incoming and outgoing calls....So I complained to Flipkart and within some month they worked on it .....Thank you very much to whole Flipkart team for working on my issue.....I really appreciate your efforts
