the product is good ..I personally didnt expect aboit the size...so basically saying if u r height is around 165 cms the bag reaches ur mid thigh and also without the luggage it isnt heavy.but I havnt tried the combination lock because I am scared that it might never open due to maybe a faulty manufacture.the lock case is just a hypothesis people!

gifted my dad ..used only 2 times but he found it v comfortable. one slight drawback is unidirectional wheel , meaning no sideways ...but still good . recommend for the price ( got for 2800 something)
