Though this book could pass of as a tastefully written sci-fi. But it gives answers to so many questions which might bother people looking for spiritual growth, or daily life questions, bothering/hampering personal growth.
I am amazed at theory of immortal soul, put forward lucidly by Dr. Brian which has actually relived me of so much of my fears about life. The case studies gives answers to questions like we can love and hate the same person same time, or why to let go of negative emotions,...

This book is a scientific presentation of how good karma leads to a good life and bad karma to a problematic one. The concept of reincarnation though interesting has always been a subject of doubt, which is natural Dr. Brian Weiss has cleared most of the doubts especially in the 1st chapter followed by real life illustrations in the subsequent chapters.
