I am self learner.... this book is one of the best of its kind... this is a must buy book for beginner...one of the best thing of this book is.. it is properly organised.. but its html5 coverage is poor.. so for me...rating is 4/5...

This book is really great if you are just starting out with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The language is easy to understand, and it covers all the basics. All the chapters are arranged in a logical way to help you build your concept. There's even a chapter dedicated to Search Engine Optimization.

HTML, CSS & Javascript, each of them deserves a book. This books tries to explain every thing within approximately 600 pages, doing injustice to the reader and the topics as well. The topics are not covered in an order that facilitates learning. Today only i stopped reading this book after going to about 400 pages.
