Value for money, Product is V.Good!... Fast delivery, Less Noise,Fast cooling. Ekart delivery is excellent , Installation timing date is also good but extra 1500/- amount is changed by Samsung for Outdoor holder , rapping, etc , it's also not mentioned in timing on purchase . Looking good just installed today.

Air conditioner is good and is working great. Problem is with installation. Samsung installation was not good . I had to call the guys twice and thrice because installation was not good in the first time . Very disappointed with installation.

Build quality not upto the mark.. Far less than Lg or Daikin.. Cooling is slow for a 1.5ton ac, takes atleast 10 to 15min for 100sq ft room. Remote doesn't have backlight though the installation guys told me the opposite. Noise level pretty high even at minimum fan speed. I'll recommend lg 5in1 dual inverter ac which i have been using in another room. It's costlier for 4k approx but much much better at every aspect. I won't recommend this samsung model to anyone.

To be honest..
1- it is a nice product (specifically same model as mentioned)
2- cooling is so good.. i don't know why people prefer voltas
3- i just only feel 2 main cons 1- it doesn't have right-left swing.. you can manually set and it doesn't work properly (must need this swing)
Second con is remote doesn't have backlight you need to switch on the room light first at night..
Otherwise it is an amazing product..
Must buy product or go with voltas.. never go with #Daikin worst service.

Good product

I purchased the 1.5 ton AC with the white and brown design. I have installed it in a 15*10 ft room with a height of 12 ft at ground floor. The cooling is superb. It chills the room in about 5-10 mins at 26 degree. No need to reduce the temperature below 24 degree even when there are 6 person in the room.

Pros:

1. The built quality of this AC is really good. Both the indoor and outdoor unit looks premium and feels sturdy.
2. The coil of the indoor unit has a gold plating to prevent corrosio...

Took 7 days to deliver in Hyderabad. Also took one more day to install.
