Delivery and installation was quick and free, that was good. But during the installation the technician told that the wire is 2 core which came along with the ac and they need 4 core wire, so they charged 500Rs for the 3Meters of 4 core wire. I did not understand why samsung did not provide 4 core wire if that is what is required.

Nice 5 star ac to have in this range.

Got the ac a few days back and installation was done today. The installation team from samsung were very professional and swift. Got it installed properly and they did their job well.
AC was tested and a short demo was given on the operation which is useful.
This unit looks bit, like its a 2 ton unit but i dont mind.
The cooling is good. I stay close to the sea shore and its hot like fire but it cooled the room in no time. Really happy with it.

Best 5 Star inverter AC .installation 499 rs and other experience 750 rs . I am using last night 8 hr at 26 temp it consume 2 unit only. installation must be complete 15 days from invoice Date after 15 days there charging 1500 rs . my strong recommendations buy 5 Star inverter ac it save energy & money . Ac is very good in features and cooling . Samsung should consider giving 5 year PCB WARRANTY THEN ONLY U CAN COMPETE WITH THE MARKET

Seems nice, waiting for summers. only then its efficiency can be checked. overall good, installation on same day at 500 only. installation took more then 2 hrs
