AC in excellent, outdoor and indoor unit is so silent i like it and operation is also smooth, but installation guy doesn't install properly between indoor unit and wall remain little distance this makes me unhappy.. you can see this in images

previously I saw some odd comments regarding this ac look but it's look is decent. it's not at all old look.

reg the AC electricity bill I can't comment now as it's been only 1 week but Samsung guy told it will consume very less electricity as comp...

Cooling is good. But not worth the price. No extra functions are available like other brands provide for the same price.
Cons:
The remote has no backlight.
Doesn't have 2 way swing.
Have no memory. The AC won't set itself to the temperature you set last time.
The display on AC only has temperature, not even fan speed is shown when pressed on remote.
Have no option to turn off the AC display.

so far the cooling is very good. the price of 27000 including 2 year extended warranty very reasonable. the inbuilt stabilizer is a good idea. the Samsung installation guys were excellent
