Noise is more compared to other Ac's.Installation delayed by 1day after assigning the technician.
I thought energy consumption will be less and less noisy as it is triple inverter but not upto the mark. Please see IEER Rating is less when compared to dual/normal inverter ac's.Overall ok product.

The AC unit seems to work fine and cooling is also good. I am not quite satisfied with the quality of installation work though, it is not neatly done. I don't know whether it is supposed to look like this. I am in a rented flat and the AC drill hole was already done. The stabilizer installation and wire wounding is also not tidy. I was expecting a better job from team Samsung. Any ways it works and does the job.

The product is good except the two drawbacks. First is that the remote doesn't have light in it and secondly the light is the ac is too bright. If one love to sleep in the darkness then he/she should not buy this.

EVERYTHING IS FINE LIKE COOLING, NOISE THE PROBLEM WHICH I AM FACING IS THE LED LIGHT OF IT IN THE DARK IT IS SO ANNOYING. IF ANYONE HAVE THE SOLUTION THEN KINDLY HELP

Indoor unit (AC) sound is bit high compared to other AC's. Rest all other features are good.

All over the ac is nice value for money ,the cooling is awesome,but there is more delay of delivery from Flipkart
