Wonderful AC by Samsung. I burnt my fingers by going with Marq AC previously. I had a good experience with other Samsung products, hence bought this without a question. AC is sleek, quite and installation from Samsung was perfect. Smartthings app is an added advantage where I can control AC and monitor power outage as well.

It has been an excellent experience from FlipKart yet again. The entire process was flawless. The order was on time, the installation was on time, and to top it off, got the installation free of charge as well, thumbs upto Samsung for that. All I paid extra was the price of the outdoor unit stand and to setup a 2A wiring from the mains. Samsung Guy came within 3days of delivery despite heavy rainfall in my area and installed it properlly.
Service and technicans were very humble and dedicated . Installed the ac and guided my parent how to use it.

Only one cons was in flipkart 499 standard installation charge was written. But when call to samsung ...

Good AC but late installation

The Ac is very good, delivery was prompt but installation took a week after calling the flipkart help desk. Also they charge another Rs.3180 for installation. If your ready to shell out that much for installation then it's a good product

Product works great ...

Product works great in terms of cooling it makes but feels dissapointed as th eproduct listed to have LED dispaly but in actual it doen't have it . Got the refund of about 2000 as an apology for wrong product desc from flipkart.
Secondly it doesn't have the night glow button on the remote so at night times it literlly impossible to find the temperature and do settings if you feels the need in room temperature
