    Nice Tv for low price. Flipkart deliverd as per Given time.the next day samsung enginer got appointment for installation bt came two days later. Pic quality sound effect are good.First i have fear about tv how they deliver and how to install . Bt both r good so no problem to buy Online...

    Pathetic customer care from Flipkart. Flipkart really sucks.... My product delivered on 8th May, Installation guys called me on 10th, that time i was away, asked them for installation on 12th. They cancelled on 12th. I raised the request in flipkart on 13th for initiate the installation. But there are no response from flipkart or progress in my case. Called them number of times still their response is not satisfactory. Worst customer care service. There is no proper work flow too they have..
