Great product
I like the product looks are good I like the silver colour,it takes less water and the washing options are also customiseable, with hot water support,and you can adjust drum spin rpm also,it also comes with child lock and delay end feature ,Things to improve in this washing machine is the rat sheet it is very thin,it should be little bit tough and the base is very near to floor it should be little highted ,,over all a good deal go for it ,

Perfect product!
The samsung 11kg washing machine is superb.
The thing is that its looking very nice and the noise level is very very low.also the installation guy giving very rare and very good explanation about the product. I'm very happy ☺️ with the samsung 11kg washing machine and also thanks to the ICICI bank for giving me the great discount on this purchase

Writing after 6 months - Not good enough compared to Bosch
I bought a 7kg model, but capacity is not actually 7kg. The drum size is small, and we cannot put much clothes into it.
(It is 7kg under lab conditions)
The saw called hygiene steam is a marketing trick. They wont tell what hygiene steam is. In practice that is a wash cycle that will take more than 3 hours.
Its a useless feature I would say.
After six months the water started leaking, waiting for service guy to come.

Did not meet expectations
Don't buy this product any more. Pathetic product In 5 months of usage it got repaired 7 times at last samsung service centre is not responding . worst service totally waste of money don't fall in trap .. worst product 😔
