Small Unit in dimensions and capacity too. Material is very thin and light and may not last many years of use. The quickest setting takes min. 34 minutes. Normal washing takes anything between 55 - 65 minutes. I strongly recommend to look elsewhere.

As for the installation services, they keep you waiting, test your patience and waste your time.

To be honest I am not satisfied with tub size, spin and wash time selection. For last 13 years i was using Samsung 82VSL 6.2kg. Although new WM they say 7Kg, you can't put the clothes for washing as same as old one. Tub size also small and very disappoint is with selection of spin and wash time. You can't change these settings as i was doing with old WM. If people want to purchase WM capacity with 7KG, they need to go with 8kg.

Only Good thing with new WM is less sound. Other than that all...

Samsung Washing Machine's are Best.

First of all, thanks to Flipkart and samsung for get me one of the best product.

However, My installation and demo experience is terrible, the Samsung service engineer name Aslam Khan broke the rat installation protection sheet during installation and neither installed clip on the outlet pipe of the machine nor explained well the features of the machine.

He initially denied for his grave mistakes but after some time confessed for his mistake and told me he ordered the new one and complete...

Delivery is good and installation boy are very good behaviour,and demonstration knowledge also very good.

Good product by Samsung. I like it.❤️
