    Machine is taking in water very slowly, so it takes 3 hours to wash the clothes. My water tank is on the first floor, and the machine is on the ground floor.

    There is dent in the body and its my mistake that I saw it at the time of installation. And according to samsung policy we can't exchange or return once we accept.
    Unhappy with the dent but overall it's good.
