Person who are giving negative reviews about this machine. They are fooling customer. This machine is very good in performance. Delivered on time, installed on time, installer didn't try to sell any extra thing to us, we are using by 20 days this machine, till now machine is good, we are using surf Excel detergent powder in this and clothes washing quality is good.
