Build quality is good but, its not able to wash cloth properly.
Remember i you wanna wash dirty cloths dont buy this. This can only wash office clothes. It provide seamless experience but this machine and other automatic machine are suitable for office clothes and not dirty clothes. In my experience when i washed my clothes and then again put in a bucket of water. I noticed that washed clothes have some dirt. This was disappointing.

Mind-blowing purchase
Definitely good for family of 4. Decent wash quality and noise is very very less. Just go for it. Samsung Installation service is also good.

The product is good very good
Got 1 day delivery ....the delivery guys were good but the main problem occurs within the installation team!!
It was scheduled for 16th of March whereas they arrived on 18th ...I had to call the customer care a no of Times
The customer care however was cooperative
Washing is up to the mark
Drying is very good
Cleaning is good as well
Overall a good product
I watched a lot of reviews before buying the product
