The machine is very average for a family of 3....the cleaning of clothes just ok...not so good...the clothes get entangled in machine on spinning and there is lot of lint and dust which is left over after the spinning/ complete cycle gets finished.

Brilliant
I think this product is the best choice to buy an affordable fully automatic machine. Looking very premium and luxurious. Works very efficiently and is a totally noiseless machine on washing clothes.

Just wow!
Value for money . Worth it . No looking back . Simply awesome. Washing quality was 100%better than hand wash. Use liquid detergents for awesome and better results. Onething if weight of cloths are heavy don't wash more than 15 cloths in one load if weight of cloths are normal can use 20 cloths for one load . More weight leads to drum shake and damages drum. Unsatisfactory
Specs are decent on paper but useless in practical use. Unable to clean properly and RPM is also low and restricted. It won't rotate fully and you can see many complaining about this. No doubt samsung has one of the best diamond cut drums in market but the motor is very bad. No proper cleaning action. Not recommended for tough stains and shirt collar. Normal rinsing is good. Drying is good.

It is not so good in terms of performance. I have been using it for 4months now. It doesn't clean the clothes even with matic detergent. For bedsheets and big clothes we are again using our old semi automatic machine.

Just okay
We switched from LG front load to this top load as our LG machine was 10 years old and it had lot of vibration. This new one has less vibration but clothes are not washed that clean like front load. We did not like the wash quantity after a week of usage.
