Awesome Product, Quick heating in Microwave Option, interior ceramic is very nice, but you might need knowledge of using options for cooking, cause if u use the preset options it will more time rather than manual settings.... Overall it's build, interior and exterior and touch panel are very good and the brand name itself tells about guarantee. I have a TV, AC, mobiles all of Samsung. Even if prices are high, quality and performance are very good ....

Am using this for last 1 week and I must say its great. Till now, no issue.
But, as its a CONVECTION type MICROWAVE oven so there are lot of functions which cant be implemented without proper guide or a Cooking class.
Samsung provides free cooking classes but till now they have not organized that for me.
Demo & installation have been completed within 2 days. Size of this product is large, so check your space availability before purchase.

Guys, microwave is awesome, you can fullfill all your fooding dreams with this product. I am writing my comments after 9 months of using it. Almost I have tried all possible dishes in this microwave.

Possibly the best microwave u can get for the price. I got it for Rs. 11499. At this price i couldn't find any other 28L smart microwave let alone from Samsung. The product works amazingly well. Still not sure though about the preset dishes. But i am not gonna be using them much anyway. The companion app on android is buggy. Samsung needs to improve that.
