Really Nice
Product was good but Packaging, Delivery and Installation was very bad. Installation guy doesn't have much knowledge. Az is much better than flipkart interms of Delivery Packaging. Especially Delivery guys are not handling the product carefully.

Very poor
Delivery was not.good. Delivery people just wanted to deliver next place so we're in very hurry. They just wanted to make money and not do good delivery. Delivery person denied to take it to first floor. Flipkart customer service said we can't do anything. Flipkart very rich big company service is very poor and third class. I am a premium plus member and happened with me this.

Don't waste your money
Its making some noice when we open and shut, samsung care said it will do till 1 months as its a GAS issues in new fridges. Very Embarrassing!

Flipkart has sent a dent product which was not noticed during delivery and now they come up saying it's our fault for not checking. I strongly recommend not to purchase from Flipkart as u will never get assistance on this.
