    Product is good performance but any issue/damage in fridge you want to compramise.do n't think that you get a replacement product/refund fast please take my words seriously . You want neat product go for the offline market. And the seller is a fraud so please buy product in offline.     I was scared after seeing a lot of negative reviews but received the product from flipkart on time and in very good condition. Installation was initiated by flipkart and is done the next day of delivery. Everything was smooth and good. The product is also good and worth the money spent.

    I received on 12/05/2025 Samsung 396 L fridge. Item is very good [Samsung 396 L, 3 Star, Convertible 5-in-1, Digital Inverter, Frost Free Double Door, Bespoke AI WiFi Enabled Refrigerator (RT41DG6A4DB1HL].

    The only thing is that the front door of the fridge is not scratchproof and there should be a little bit provision of back stand at the base.

    The refrigerator is good . But the annoying thing is everytime when you close the refrigerator it will create a noise and you can't able to open the refrigerator suddenly after closing due to the pressure created inside .

    The low pressure created inside the refrigerator has to be released. Samsung could have been done it better
