It's actually what you have seen in the picture very good facility by Flipkart and also good demo for Samsung team boy my mom's love's this machine and now she is very very happy. And i am actually giving the five star rating this item bcoz it's worth it.

Excellent product, wash quality is good and automatic experience is fantastic over my last semi automatic one. The one problem I faced for which I am giving it a 4 star is the delivery by wish master. They committed a date and then they delayed and then it was a fuss. Prompt demo and service by Samsung.

Amaging product, fast delivery..... Wm performance is very good. Water consumption is very low as compare to top load. Power consumption is high when I used hot water for washing otherwise it is as usual.

1. Samsung is a good brand getting 3 yrs wattanty and 10 yers motor is one of the great .
2. I reduced one star for the installation , the person cone for installation with out proper tools , he was more like a sales man selling different different product
Flipkart should take this very seriously , I have seen many comments and complaints about installation but they are not taking any action on complaints

I have purchased this after huge research. Everything is fine. The product performance is good. The only thing I have wrongly estimated is its capacity. 6kg is just sufficient for a single person. The drum is small. It can accommodate 3-4 pairs only. Performance wise it is okay. My old samsung wash machine can do daily wash in 64 min. Heare in this it takes 80 min including soak time. Anyway its satisfactory.

very good product. installation is nice. am not happy with the demo as technician is in very hurry, installed the product nicely but couldn't give good demo as how to use taking time.
