A Good Experience

Flikart's price was great and delivery was faster than I expected.
Flipkart contacted me & setup installation very quickly. They enquired & confirmed that the product was delivered more than once. The person who installed the machine was in a hurry
he did his job but was not very patient, operating washing machines is not very simple and it can be intimidating for someone who is not used to it, so the demo person has to have the patience to explain the features.

Good experience with Samsung and Flipkart

We had old samsung top load machine...We decided to go with Samsung or Bosch. After doing lots of research we wanted something to fit our budget and provide good result. Till now this product is working as per our expectation. Installation process after delivery was very nice from samsung it is really easy to use. We normally use Daily wash mode and it gives very good results.

I would like to recommend someone is looking for good front load machine.

Demo

The demo was not satisfied,
Flipkart authorized people they just came and said, plumbing work was not done.

They said anyway ill give demo. I dont know without powering the machine how they will give demo. they only said without completing plumbing work they cant switch on the machine. then how the give demo. I asked for help what are things to be done for completing the plumbing they said that is not my job u ask any plumber. The i call the Samsung guys they helped me on all the means.

I had placed the order for the washing machine on the Big Billion Day. Though initially I doubted I would get the product at an unbelieveable price, Flipkart has won my heart again. They delivered the product in time and took my old one too. (Bought it on exchange).
As of washing machine itself, Samsung has surpassed itself. Wash cycles choices are good. Options are many. And above all, washing is done in care. So your clothes don't get ruined.

So far So Good.. but Samsung Service is Pathatic !

I was in a dilemma whether to go with LG or Samsung from service perspective, and in the end decided with Samsung although i know that LG service is good. Delivery was prompt and on-time, but Samsung service team took 3 days to come and install.

Apart from service, product is good so far.
