Water Tap to washing machine regulator matching is not setisfactory

Beautiful machine
Cleaning quality is high
Is not hard on clothes
Dryer is the only disappointing Part, dries only upto 60℅

Product is nice. But service by Flipkart worst. Delivery was late by 6 days and installation again took 10 days. All my complaints were not addressed properly. Worst e-commerce experience ever. Thank You Flipkart for that.The only reason behind ordering it in flipkart is that it's an Indian company. But it taught me well that flipkart is suffering from I dont care attitude.Get well soon flipkart.

The product is damn good, I got offer so I bought this 8 kg other on same model 6 or 6.5 kg would have been enough for a family of 4. The machine cleans cloth very nicely. Although it will take washing time of 3 hours but the result is damn good. Thanks you Flipkart for fast and timely delivery and timely installation and demo. The Samsung Installation Engineering was also very good, humble and polite and helped me with all the wiring(for this machine you need a 16Ampere socket) free of cost.
