I am happy with the washer I got from the company. The man who came for installation was so experienced who made all the functions of machine easy for us to control. A simple click can do all the work by its own.

I can also control this machine from any corner of the world through wifi connectivity.

The machine is extremely quite as it claims. Once i turn it on. I forgot that i had put my clothes for wash. Only the finish music reminded me about it.

We owned a samsung washing machine before this for 20 yrs. Compare to that the quality of this one may be slightly less. I cant be sure of Durability only time will tell. But the plastic used on top and most often used parts r made of good material. But the back panel could be better. And the rat mesh samsung has provided is a joke they pla...

Got 1 day delivery ....the delivery guys were good but the main problem occurs within the installation team!!
It was scheduled for 16th of March whereas they arrived on 18th ...I had to call the customer care a no of Times
The customer care however was cooperative
Washing is up to the mark
Drying is very good
Cleaning is good as well
Overall a good product

Washing machine is nice and runs properly. Only one thing is bad that the detergent holder stucks many times while closing other wise all things are perfect. It's easy to use and easy to understand how to operate, even for an illiterate person.

Very nice

The machine is very average for a family of 3....the cleaning of clothes just ok...not so good...the clothes get entangled in machine on spinning and there is lot of lint and dust which is left over after the spinning/ complete cycle gets finished.
