This is an honest review for this Samsung TV.
I bought it after exchanging my 32 inch sony bravia (was in excellent condition) because I wanted a 40 inch TV.
The issue is :
After I connect my dth setup box to tv via HDMI port, I hear a cracking sound for almost all channels. The issue is with both the hdmi ports. But everything works fine with AV port and component port, but then what's the use of faulty hdmi port if you can't get hd video and audio rendered to screen and spe...

TV is good. Screen mirroring option is awesome. You need HD set top box to enjoy the real quality of picture. Drawbacks are two way Bluetooth not working with all devices. We need Samsung compatable Bluetooth device. Cricket mode and Indian movie modes are not really that much useful. As I got for a lucrative price I am satisfied with my purchase.

its very good tv. it is 2017 model and it is thinner than 2016 model i had earlier. best is screen mirroring option in it, using wifi.
its not smart tv but it got mirroring option, bluetooth audio and screenshot capture(samsung joy series features). Audio is dolby surround but very low in default speakers. u can use speakers to enhance it.

Ok. But not special
1) It is not a smart TV..... but only with Samsung phone or tabs it can be used to cast screen with audio on TV through smart view option.
2) You may go for other models of Samsung as this one is having less picture sharpness then expected from Samsung Panel.

Better review at local shops, my piece is troublesome
After using Samsung LED for 5 years, I must confess that based on its very satisfying performance, I blindly opted for this 40” LED from Samsung under exchange. Right from the day of installation, I was not comfortable with its contrast, there was too much of glare on the human faces, particularly more on non HD inputs. Finally consulted Samsung to assist, they made 2 visits, but issue of glare on human faces remained unresolved. I am informed by Samsung representative that this TV can handle...
