The item was well packed and was delivered in less than 36 hours COD.

Upon installation it worked well and so far I have no complaints about it.

However I find that I cannot play certain types of movie formats like MKV, FLV etc when the input is received through the USB port provided with the DVD player. Discs normally come in mpeg /avi formats, hence I had no problems there.

But my flat screen 32inch TV set can play the MKV, FLV etc formats inputted through its HD USB port.

Does what I expect.

My old DVD player was dead, hence I had to look for an alternative. My primary requirement was to have Divx playback through USB. I was very particular on the budget and didn't want to go with media players. This Samsung DVD-C370 DVD Player does what I expect. Only negative being, it doesn't play most Divx, even the supported Divx5 (720 x 480 @30fps720 x 576 @25fps: Maximum bit rate :4Mbps). I had to use freemake and convert them to play. Worth for the money

The DVD player is worth for the money paid.
Flipkart service is good in terms of delivery.

Pros:
Good Packing and Proper billing.

Cons:
Remote for DVD player could have a battery. I have to buy a 2xAAA battery to check.

Overall, I recommend this Product.

Horrible DVD Player

I bought this DVD player from Flipkart.com and they delivered it on time. However, when the build quality of DVD player and remote is poor and cheap. When I inserted the DVD to play, I hear humming noise from DVD player. The humming noise is so loud. Also, it is not able to play most of the the original DVDs I bought. When I complained to Flipkart, they redirected me Samsung and washed off their hands. Samsung rep called and says I need to take it to their service center for rectification. Go...
