Description
The Galaxy Fit is an Android v2.2 smartphone with features like 3G, Wi-Fi and 5 MP camera with autofocus & 3x zoom. The 5 MP camera on the Galaxy Fit offers a range of shooting modes like Panorama shoot mode and features like smile shutter and geotagging. The Samsung Fit is powered by a 600 MHz processor, and features Samsung's Touchwiz 3.0 Android skinning.
Design
The Samsung Fit sports a 3.31 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen with 320 x 240 pixel resolution. The handset sports a smooth rounded edges chassis, coupled with its compact size, makes for an ergonomic fit in your palm. This Samsung 3G smartphone is preloaded with content tools like Hybrid Widgets and offers up to 7 Multiple home screens.
Connectivity & Features
This Samsung Android phone features a multi format Music player with DNSe sound enhancement and 3.5 mm jack, Wi-Fi access, FM Radio, high quality video recording with multi-format video player, and over 100,000 apps on the Android Market. The smartphone features GPS navigation and location based services with access to Google Maps.
The Galaxy Fit offers a fully integrated Social Networking suite with Instant Messenger, and email for easier content sharing and faster downloads. The 3G mobile features Speedy SWYPE, an intelligent typing interface that lets you phrase words just by swiping your fingers over the individual letters.
The Samsung Fit also features the Sweep Interaction Phonebook that streamlines contact search delivering one touch access to your contacts. With USB (micro USB) and PC Sync, the Galaxy Fit offers seamless and fast data transfers and syncs.

i used this mobile for 6 months and then bought a micromax x291 and this one was worth its cost .........don't go for this samsung scam by naming it after galaxy... worst mobile ever had

Nice phone but slow performance
Nice phone but slow performance. Its processor less than any other phone at this range when play a game it became very slow and hangs unexpectedly & restart. whenever start gps with google map it very slow and then suddenly restart. The above issues just because of the slow processor and the one drawback its phone memory is less due to this not install enough apps. its main and big problem is slow processor otherwise this phone is great for me.

Worth A Buy....
I was confused in 3 Mob, which one to buy: Dell XCD35 / Galaxy Fit & HTC Wildfire.
Finally I decided to go with Galaxy Fit.
& I must say, my decision paid well. Awesome phone, superb touch. Camera & Sound quality is ok.
Battery Life last for 2 days on normal usage.
Though I didnt bought this from Flipkart, as I got cheaper bet from my Neighbourhood Market :D ...
All in All.... Must Buy If You Are "Still" Thinking

Galaxy Fit S5760 is a crappy phone...Don't buy this
Just got the phone and started using...It is a crappy phone
Many of the applications crahses like Gallery, Google Maps etc...
Gallery won't even display folder, just goes blank screen...
"Application Maps (in process com.google.android.apps.maps) is not responding.
It has come with Ginger bread 2.3.4, looks like it is not even tested by Samsung.
My rating is ZERO!!!

it is not even worth calling an anroid phone .very very low internal memory. samsung is looting every1 with their brand galaxy. most of the reputable brands are available at half the price of this phone

COMPLETELY OUT DATETD PHONE
I got the fit one year ago ... for that time it is a best phone for that budget.... now its totally out dated...
we can get gud phone with a gud configuration around 4.5k in Micromax(Indian Company)...
Camera and Video recording is gud but ... Ram is too low when u require to run more apps it will stuck ...
processor speed is low(600MHz)
its not enough for best gaming experience....
Display resolution also low color depth 120dpi ... So its worst for see every thing....
I am very disappo...

Satisfied but unsatisfied too
I am using this phone since 1 year,I have not found any sort of problems from this phone.However unsatisfied from the screen resolution and camera as it should have flash.The battery backup is also a worry,if any app used for at least 1 hr the battery minimises a lot.However it's durabillity is great as many times when it fell from my hand, till now no scratches have been found.It should also have a secondary camera too for vedio calls.Overall it's a second version of the galaxy pop.

i bought this mobile around 7-8 months back!! bt it started to show all d defects before the completion of a month and it was just a waste of money!!!
battery life is xtremely poor
low internal memory
very slow responding
gets hang thousands of times per day!!
poor resolution
msg inbox only show coversation view!
removing the back cover is very difficult
once ur phone gets in contact wid d water it literally turns into a trash!! ( self experienced!!)

This phone has following deficits
1. Low resolution screen
2. slow processor 600 mhz
3. low Rom memory
4. Battery little bit weak
So i think u should pay little bit more to get extra benefits
Search the market u will get better devices at 1 to 2 k more
