This is around the best entry level Android smart phone and coming from Samsung, has good build quality and features.

The phone does have some issues like hanging during calls sometimes and a few call drops. However this does not happen always and since it comes with Gingerbread, it is far better than most others running with Froyo. Trust me GB is way far too better than Froyo.
The processor is decent and overclocking it is not recommended as it is almost running at its max capacity.

Galaxy Y is the best android phone in such low price.
Having 2.3 ginger, 2MP camera but no flash still good picture quality, all apps supported with angry bird, and all.
I am using this phone since last 1 month, I purchased it from my local mkt., and it is performing well. I have installed so many aaps and games including angry bird and it is working well.

Just go for it if you wanna spend around 7000~7500 go for it, its very nice phone.

I just got the phone. I bought this on 11th May 2012. I opened the phone it was very light and small. I liked the design. It is really nice but the camera is not so good. If you want it for music... just take it! Best for the people who want their first Android for a less price. This was the gift for me by my dad as I enetered my teens, and yeah also good for teens who've been using Nokia. BEST BUY!

I purchased the phone 1 month ago.
Didnt give any problem except for the battery backup, but understandable because of the display size.
works excellent with wifi, games are also running fine..

well this is my 2nd android phone out of all 5 i have used. this mobile wont let u down... i expected nothing out of it ... but still i get a lot. Am not amazed but am happy with the product. Other than the 2 MP camera and the battery its a good pick. after U install a lot of application the phone lags a little bit . but multitasking is possible(make sure u don't use more than its limit or it will surely start lagging) but thats not a big issue for them who are looking for there 1st android !...

Its been seven months since i bought this phone; and i must say i am quite pleased with its performance...

Pros:
1. Fast processing.Easy to navigate through apps and other things.Rarely gets stuck.
2.Has a great body..as a person i tend to drop things, inspite of me dropping it a couple of times, there has been no problems.

Cons:
1. Camera-Dont buy this phone if you want your phone to act as a camera as well.

Samsung galaxy Y Color plus, great smartphone with affordable price. Touch and user interaction is very good. Easy to access all the corners.
Only concern is 2MP camera. It takes lot of time to choose this model. If it is 3MP with additional Rs 500, then there is nothing to worry. You can choose it with closed eyes if you are ok with 2 MP camera.

Very nice and beautiful android phone from Samsung. Nowadays samsung rocks the mobile market with its Galaxy products. This colorplus model is really slim and looks gud for operating. We used to change the colored panels with intensive care. So naturally fit panel color gives additional gloom to the mobile. If the camera is also 3MP then dis would be the best and reliable android mobile at a cheap market price
