    Dear Team, I ordered Samsung Metro 312 mobile. On dated 7 October 2025. And i received the shipment on 13 October 2025. And I started using it, but from day 1 i noticed the battery backup issue because i want to charge mobile twise a day. Then after i was using it. But suddenly on 19 October 2025. Mobile was sutdown and dead, i charged and try to on the mobile but no response. Today i personally visites to Samsung galary store for the help. Because new keypad mobile not working in 1 week .
