I will tel the truth
i heard hen memory increases speed decreases.............
i was using 4 gb pendrive transcend.....it was really awesome..........it was in my pocket when my mom washed it in washing machine ,then make it wet under the sun then .iron it and still it gave me a speed of 10-20 mbbs(i mis it so much :(
but life goes on........who ever find that spee...

THE MOST ACCURATE REVIEW FOR THIS PRODUCT
now here is the punch in the stomach:
CONS:
1) The effective speed on USB 2.0 port is 4.0-5.0 mbps which is completely disgusting!
2) After inserting and ejecting the pendrive approx 15 times, the pendrive won't get detecting that easily on the computers due to wear and tear. I'm having the pendrive since 8 months now, and on some computers and even after using an extension cable, the pendrive doesn't detect easily.

3)No cap. If there was one and it is lost, then it will really be a problem. But this one doesn't have one. So good

5)Good Transfer Speed. I get about 19 to 20Mbps. Those who complain about low transfer speed, try formatting the pen drive from FAT32 to NTFS to increase the speed. At FAT32 I only get about 5 to 6Mbps while in NTFS, as I have mentioned above about 19 to 20Mbps
