SandPuppy Strappr is a wireless, rechargeable, battery-powered heating pad that relieves knee pain, ankle pain and joint pain by providing targeted heat therapy. Strappr heat therapy for joint pain and knee pain can be used to relieve pain from muscle injury & spasms, arthritis, meniscus tear, sports injury or general fatigue. This is a very good product. A family member suffering from arthritis uses this to manage pain. Even after using it for about ten minutes, the relief lasts for a few hours.

A:Low: 40-45 degree, Medium: upto 55, High: upto 60
These are temp. for low medium and high also you can charge the power bank with you android mobile charging chord.
