Am first time user n must say it's a headache to insert it properly every time.. But once fitted well am totally relaxed for 7-8 hrs.. I used panty liners initially to check.. But nothing came out.. Not even a drop.. But for first time users plz wear panty liner if going out.. Or keep a pad side in case of emergency.. Sometimes if dislocated then u might bleed🙄

It is good, so comfortable to use that you can't feel it inside. But if you will not placed it properly then leakage is the only concern. You can use a pad for backup. But it's really good and after one use you will get to know how to use it properly. So don't worry just go for it , have a happy period to all lovely ladies.
