Good value for money. However the widely advertised 'humidity' control button just makes a beep sound but doesn't work. Also, ice box area is too small. Still, this product does offer good value for money as compared with Orient, Symphony etc.

Edit (2nd June 2020) - Within a month of buying, the touch buttons on the front of the device have stopped working. Humidity control was not working since day 1 anyway. Now just having to use the remote to operate the cooler. These people dont have any...

Good Product

Taller than I expected. Good air cooler with swing, humidity control, cool and timer functions. Build quality of the air cooler is average. Different parts don't fit 100%. Blue strip around water level indicator doesn't fit properly as the cutout is slightly on lower side. Remote control didn't work at first, I was worried but realized this could be the problem with the battery provided in the box. So, changed battery (CR2032 I had Panasonic) and remote works fine. Overall good buy at 5533

NYC product, good for 12X10sq ft room. Instant cooling after filling ice chamber with ice.

the touch panel is malfunctioning within the use of 1 month.
remote sensivity is not that good.
cooler automatically switches off and the modes are changing automatically.
did not expect such a thing from a brand like sansui.
donot waste your money in such a worth less product

It's not cooler it's a AC. Superb coooling
