Definitely, A good book for ABAP fresher's
This is definitely a good book for ABAP fresher's and for ABAPer's with 1 to 2 year's expeerience. Some advanced concept's like Smartforms, ALV report's are not at all covered in detail.

it explains every thing from scratch.
