About the Author
Kaushani Desai, has been a full time Art of Living teacher since January 2006. She has been teaching Ayurvedic Cooking and the Part 1, Yes and Art Excel. But her main focus has been to teach the ayurvedic cooking. (Art of cooking satvik food).
Kaushani's passion for cooking started from, when she was only a child. She was a food enthusiast and used to love helping her mother in the kitchen and come up with amazing innovative dishes.
Her love for cooking stayed on and she completed her education with a degree in food and nutrition from SNDT University, Mumbai in the Year 2004. She has been practically traveling all over the world teaching how to cook vegetarian satvik avurvedic food. She has traveled extensively across India and across the world to countries like Pakistan, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Mauritius, South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Ethiopia, Russia, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Slovenia, Mongolia, Hong Kong and Indonesia.
Kaushani has also authored another book on cookery - 'Healthy Food Tasty Too'. She has also delivered lectures on Food, Meditation and Healthy Living in ESSRO, Hospitals and other prestigious organisations across the world. Her work has been showcased by the media in India, Pakistan, Denmark, Mauritius, Slovenia, Mongolia and Kenya.
