This is one of the best trainer for any distance starting 5k to Full marathon. It has great cushion and yet it's propulsive enough for the speed workouts. Ideal for long runs, tempo runs, intervals and even racing, why not? I wouldn't recommend people to use this for daily use or walking.

Superb shoes

My target purchase this sale was the Magic Speed 4, but then I came across the ES3 for such a low price, half of my budget, and I told myself, am I really trained enough to go directly to a pricey carbon plated shoe right now? Hence decided to go for the ES3. I'm currently managing the HM within 2 hours, if I get the 25k under 2 hours with this shoe, I'll reward myself with the Magic Speed 4.

About the shoes, I only ran a 10k today after receiving them, and I have only used Pegasus 38 worth ...

A fantastic do it all shoe. Nice colourway compared to the other Endorphin Speed 3 options. Got it at an absolute bargain of a price at Flipkart. The delivery was within 24 hrs and very smooth. Highly recommend to pick this up while stocks last!
