One of the Good training Shoes, one should always takes half size up in Saucony brand shoes.

This is one of the lightest and affordable shoes for your, speed, interval training and race. The durability might not be great, but these are excellent alt if you have a pair of stability shoes.

This has to be one of the best running shoes. And it's very light, very comfortable to wear. My only concern is with the upper net mesh, don't know if it'll be durable. Other than that, I think it's one of the best.
