After extensive research on running shoes, I decided to buy Saucony Triumph 19. It is an excellent shoe with very good breathability and grip. It is comfortable to wear for long and I am using it regularly for my 5 kilometer walk. When compared with Nike Pegasus 39, it has more cushioning, feels lighter and lively.
