Q:How does the seat tilt, my seat only moves up and down?
A:You need to pull the same lever for height adjustment, a little bit outwards and then try to tilt your chair by leaning backwards.

First Impressions: The chair was delivered today 09/06/2021. The Packaging was very very good, secure and well thought out by the company. The parts were nearly stored and packed with bubble wrap.
Assembly was very simple and easy. But the fixing of the back rest was a challenge to do alone. I advise you to have a friend help hold it in place to get the screw alignment easily. Other than that, it was simple with very clear cut instructions in the video and with the provided user guide.

The chair is pretty comfortable and easy to install,
Need to see if its comfortable enough for long hours
Cons:
•No adjustable arm rest
•Cannot lock the back recline in a certain angle (either go all the way in or out there is no in between)
•Seat is just 19"X19"
• Not suitable for people shorter then 5'8

Decent product serves the purpose.
This is a decent product at that price range. Seating is comfortable, but for long duration working it is difficult. This product is exactly like how it is shown in the picture. But the finish is not so great, there would be some rough edges. But still it doesn't compromise on the functionality. Only flip side I see in this is, the user manual is not very descriptive. Carefully handle installation, as the product manual is not very descriptive.
I would recommend this product at 6K.

Not recommended at all who are having back pain.
Chair is not comfortable who is having Back pain. Worst delivery by flipkart took 13 days to get delivered.

Did not meet expectations
Quality of the product is not good.
1.The foam used is of avg. quality and the lumbar support which i thought would be an advantage became a disadvantage because the adjustment of the same is uneven and giving more pain.
2. The washers given for fixing bolts are not of required size for the hole, which made the bolts fixed in at an angle and not straight.
3. The hand supports are not stiff and rigid, they are weak and wobbly.
4. The seating cushion is not broad enough to sit on. Only 1/2 o...

Chair is comfortable and as mentioned it is ergonomically designed
Best after sales support - The chair was Tall and my legs were not touching ground so I calles the support and the support guy came to my house and changed the hydraulic to smaller one.
Packing was good and delivery was on time.
Setup is also simple, you can do at Home

Need attention in design improvement
This product is not at all good for lumbar region (lower back) until or unless you will arrange a lumbar support pillow. I don't have lower back issue. But while I used for two days I started feeling lower back pain as I spent long hours on a chair.
