  • Dr.Natarajan Jeyaseelan is a passionate Development Professional, not content only to focus on the “Bottom line” in a Bank, changed his career to work with a NGO to focus on the people at the “Bottom of the Pyramid”. He has practiced “Purpose Centred Growth” approach in Micro finance sector for more than two decades. He introduced several innovations in microfinance in Indian Bank as well as in Hand in Hand India, while he was heading Hand in Hand India, as its Group Chief Executive Officer. He has received United Nations Microfinance knowledge promoter award 2007 from UN Solution Exchange (a Joint initiative of all UN agencies in India) for his contributions to the microfinance community of practice. He has handled assignments for UNDP, UNOPS, IFAD, ADB and GIZ. He has developed several training manuals and conducted training programs across the globe for senior bankers, NGOs, MFI staff and government staff.
